This 90 acres amusement park with 75 rides will offer you a memorable time with your family or friends.  Not only will you be thrilled with all the rides but there is entertainment too, the shows are included in the admission price so be sure to go and enjoy them.  The Waterpark is open for your entertainment too when the temperature is above 65 degrees.

The park hours are: The park opens at 10 am and closes at different times during the week, weekends it is open until midnight during the summer.

A daily parking pass is $10.00 per vehicle or $12.00 per oversized vehicle (any vehicle taking up more than one parking spot).

Outside food and beverages may not be brought into the park.  However, a Picnic Cove (located at the northwest end of the parking lot) is provided for your picnic.  The Picnic Cove includes picnic tables and a limited number of grills that are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

You may leave the park at any point during the day to use the Picnic Cove, but remember to get your hand stamped so you can re-enter the park.  No alcoholic beverages may be brought into the Picnic Cove.

No pets are allowed on the grounds so leave them at home, not in your car!

ValleyFair is located just 25 minutes southwest of the Twin Cities.  Here are driving directions from the different areas:

From the North take interstate 35W South to the Shakopee or Hwy 13 exit. Follow Hwy 13 until you reach county road 101, continue north on 101 to Valleyfair. Or you may take 169 south to the Shakopee or Country Road 101 exit. Follow 101 for approximately 3 miles to Valleyfair.

From the East take 494 West to 169 South. Take the Shakopee or County Road 101 Exit. Valleyfair is just 3 miles West of intersection 169 and County Road 101. Follow County Road 101 for approximately 3 miles to Valleyfair.

From the West take interstate 494 South to 169 South. Take the Shakopee or County Road 101 exit. Follow County Road 101 for approximately 3 miles to Valleyfair.

From the South take interstate 35W North to the Shakopee or Hwy 13 South exit. Follow Hwy 13 until you reach county road 101 and continue north on 101.  Or, you can take 169 North to the Canterbury Road exit. Follow Canterbury Road North for about 2 miles and take a right onto County Road 101.  Follow County Road 101 for approximately 3 miles to Valleyfair.

Ticket Prices are: $36.95 (Ages 3-61 & 48" & taller in shoes); $14.95 (3 years & older and less than 48" tall in shoes, or 62 years & older); 2 and younger are FREE.
