Land Between the Lakes Triathlon - Albert Lea, Minnesota

This annual event tests the best of anyone that participates.  The race start and transition will be at the west end of Edgewater Park. The race will begin with a .25 mile open water swim in Fountain Lake. Participants will then transition to a 19.8 mile bike through Albert Lea area country side, fairly flat with some rolling hills, mostly on newly paved roads. Racers will then transition for a 4.2 mile run along scenic Edgewater Park and Fountain Lake, fairly flat and fast course with minimal traffic. Read more
