Museum of Natural HistoryMarshall, Minnesota

This museum is focused on the study of native Minnesota plants and animals from the prehistoric to the present day.  Using Multimedia they integrate the process for the visitors.

The facility presents hands-on ecology exhibits, live animal displays, and a self-contained slide show with narration that changes every several months. Traveling exhibits from the Science Museum of Minnesota are also featured at various times.

This is part of the Southwest Minnesota State University campus. 

Hours: 8 – 5 during the academic year.  Guided tours by appointment.
