4th of July Celebration - St. Peter, Minnesota

There are fireworks, of course, but there is so much more to do for the day then sit around and wait for it to get dark enough for the fireworks display!  There is the parade at 10 AM which will thrill everyone.  Lots of floats, bands and candy tossed to the kids (regardless of their age).  Following the parade there is the Art Fair in the Square where you will be able to find those unique and inviting paintings that you just have to have for your home or for gifts for that special someone.

At noon you can enjoy the picnic, music, pony rides, kiddies train and food vendors.  Now, if you do each of those things your day is going to be pretty full so you may have time to visit with friends, check into your hotel and get ready for a great fireworks show at the Nicollet County Fairgrounds at 10 PM.
